At the heart of the festivities is the prestigious Ngā Tohu a FMANZ Awards, brought to you by Argus and Resene – a celebration of the people, projects, and achievements shaping our profession. But this is more than an awards evening.
Your Awards ticket includes access to the full Our Day of Celebration experience, with optional complimentary Behind‑the‑Spaces Tours of the NZICC and Auckland Art Gallery, and the inspiring Tohu Talks session featuring last year’s Award winners.
Together, these events create a truly inspiring programme honouring the best of facilities management in Aotearoa.

We’ll do our best to get you through the doors and into the celebration as smoothly and quickly as possible. Help us keep things moving by having your ticket and QR code ready to scan at the entrance.
Dress to Impress
With Q Theatre as our stage once again, we’re inviting you to bring the glam with our dress code ‘Dress to impress & celebrate‘. Think celebration, style, and a touch of sparkle – it’s your night to shine. The DJ’s locked in, so don’t forget your dancing shoes!
A Progressive Gourmet Experience
We’re ditching tradition in favour of something a little more dynamic. This year’s informal dining experience will see delicious bites served throughout the night – giving you the freedom to mingle, move, and savour a gourmet celebration at your own pace. Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options will be available.
Transport Tips
If you’re local, we encourage you to walk or catch public transport to Q Theatre. Need to drive? The Civic Car Park is nearby and open until 1am on Thursdays. Please plan ahead and travel safely.
